Please read the following terms carefully before using our secure dog field. By making a booking and using the field, you agree to these conditions.

General
Use of Jumping Jaspers Secure Dog Field is entirely at your own risk.

Jumping Jaspers accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage that occur while using the field.

Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk.

No drones or other mechanically propelled devices are permitted within the field.

Arrival & Departure
Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your booked time.

Parking is provided at the front and back car park.

Wait until the previous customer has safely loaded their dog(s) and left the field before unloading your own.

You will be provided with codes for padlocks there are padlocks on main entrance and dog field. 

Dogs must remain on a lead until they are safely inside the secure field with the gate fully closed.

Before leaving, ensure your dog is back on a lead before opening the gate.

Please leave promptly at the end of your session so the next customer can enjoy their full booking.

Ensure all gates are secured when leaving. 

Late arrivals cannot be given additional time.
While Using the Field

Your booking is for your exclusive use during the allocated time.

Please ensure the entrance gate is securely closed after entering and before leaving.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please respect our fencing and gates by not climbing or damaging them.

Do not create obstructions around the entrance or parking area.

Owners are responsible for ensuring they comply with all laws relating to the dogs they bring to the field.
Keeping the Field Clean

Please clean up after your dog immediately.

Bring biodegradable poo bags and dispose of all waste in the bins provided.

Please take all litter home or place it in the bins provided.

Help us keep the field clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Dog Health
For the safety of all visitors:

Dogs should be fully vaccinated where appropriate.

Dogs must be regularly treated for worms and parasites.

If your dog has a contagious illness, please do not use the field until they have fully recovered.
Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

Bookings can be amended using the link in your confirmation email.

Bookings may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your session.

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your booking will receive a refund, minus a £1 administration and payment processing fee.

No refunds will be given for missed bookings or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session.

If Jumping Jaspers needs to close the field due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Your Responsibility
By using Jumping Jaspers Secure Dog Field, you accept full responsibility for yourself, your family members, guests, and your dog(s) while on site. We ask all customers to use the facilities responsibly and help us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
